Category mapping. This file contains the final mapping from KSH97-P's categories to SNOMED CT's concepts. The first column contains the categories' codes and the second column the mapped concepts' concept IDs. The first row contains column headings. The file is a text file with the text encoding Unicode (UTF-8). The columns are separated with tab characters and the rows are terminated with carriage return and line feed characters. The SNOMED CT concept ids have been reproduced with the permission of the IHTSDO from the January 2007 UK edition of SNOMED CT. Information on how to access the latest version of SNOMED CT is available through http://www.ihtsdo.org webcite.
